In compliance with Act 19/2013, of 9 December on Transparency, Access to Information and Good Governance, Ineco Periodically publishes updated and relevant information on this website to provide transparency for its activities, in order to increase and reinforce transparency in public information, as well as to recognize and guarantee access to the information for all citizens.
Ineco has placed third in International Transparency Spain's Public Company Transparency Index – a study that measures the level of transparency of the top 45 public companies in the country by means of an integrated set of 60 indicators, related to six different areas of transparency.
The General Shareholders’ Meeting is the governing and decision-making organ of the Company. Agreements legitimately adopted by it are binding for the Company itself and for all of its shareholders. The General Shareholders' Meeting must be held once a year, during the first six months of the year, to approve the corporate management and, in such case, the accounts of the previous years, and also to resolve how to apply the results. The Board of Directors can also call Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meetings when required to approve important matters for the Company's interests.

Board of Directors>
Ineco's Board of Directors is the body in charge of making decisions and reaching agreements on strategic issues, preparing the financial statements, approving budgets and other proposals submitted by the chairman. In addition, it follows up on the Company’s activity. The Board meets at least four times throughout the fiscal year, and it needs to be composed by a minimum of 5 directors and a maximum of fifteen. In addition, it has a secretary, who is not a director, appointed by the Board of Directors itself. The counsellors’ allowances are regulated according to the order of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, issued on January 8th 2013, which sanctions the maximum quantities of compensation for attendance to administrative bodies of state mercantile societies.
Audit and Control Committee
The Audit and Control Committee's primary function is to support the Board of Directors in its supervisory functions.
It is composed of four directors appointed by a simple majority of the Board of Directors. The secretary is the same of the Board of Directors.
Steering Committee
The Board of Directors is the highest internal decision-making governing body in the company. It meets on a weekly basis and is responsible for the implementation and development of the strategic guidelines approved by the Board of Management.
Bylaws
The Bylaws govern the Company's operation, aimed at providing services and performing consulting studies, engineering projects, technical assistance and directing the execution of works and installations, planning, maintenance and management of infrastructures, superstructures, materials and transport service, as well as providing identical services in relation to socially-related infrastructures such as, for illustrative, but not restrictive purposes, hospitals, schools and houses and for all types of entities, companies or artificial or natural persons, national or foreign.
The Company may deal with techniques related to energy, telecommunications, signalling, environmental matters, architecture and construction, urban and territorial planning, general structures, geotechnics, works execution, computer systems engineering and information society services, and any other practices necessary to manage projects comprehensively..
In addition, for road, railway, port, airport and aerospace, logistic activities and administrative concession matters, it will handle the research and development of resources, teams, procedures, applications, technologies and regulations, apart from the administration, management and exploitation of all the activities related to transport and its economy in all its forms and manifestations..
