Aula Inspira: talent without barriers

Ineco launches Aula Inspira, a new space for collaboration with social entities with the aim of promoting the employability of people with disabilities.


Framed within the Plan Iguales, Aula Inspira is made up of a set of training workshops, as well as others aimed at improving skills and competences, together with personalised accompaniment aimed at the active search for employment. The topics are diverse, ranging from IT to sustainability or administrative support, areas in which the Ineco team has extensive experience. In addition, other essential skills for working life such as time management and teamwork are also put into practice. Participants also receive continuous support during their entry into the world of work.


Another of the programmes set up by Ineco to promote the search for employment among disadvantaged groups is Vuelta al empleo. Volunteer professionals from Ineco are responsible for mentoring participants in collaboration with social organizations, with a total of 75 individuals involved so far in 2024 Since its launch, over 80% of program beneficiaries have secured employment.
