Francisco Javier Díaz, during his speech
Ineco did not want to miss out on the ETSII JobDays 2024 for yet another year. In addition to having a stand where university students could find out about our career plans and scholarship programmes, Francisco Javier Díaz, manager of IT Consultancy and Cybersecurity, participated in a round table on public employment. In his speech, he presented STARTIC, Ineco's scholarship programme aimed at attracting, recruiting and developing junior profiles in the field of Information and Communication Technologies, to the students. A programme focused on finding talent in universities and vocational training courses, providing students with a career plan for their incorporation into the company.
Organised by the Higher Technical School of Computer Engineering Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), this conference was attended by dozens of participating companies that approached students interested in the possibilities of finding employment in each of them.
