Ineco has awarded five "Oportunidad al Talento" (Opportunity for Talent) scholarships as part of its annual collaboration with the ONCE Foundation for the training of engineering and architecture students in master's degrees and international mobility. Aimed at people with disabilities, these scholarships promote training excellence, national and transnational mobility and the specialisation of students in areas of high employability.
Ineco's Director of Human Resources, Luis Janeiro, was in charge of awarding these scholarships, which form part of Ineco's Social Scholarship Programme, with which the company seeks to develop university studies and defray the expenses derived fundamentally from accommodation and living expenses.
The ONCE Foundation's Ineco 'Opportunity for Talent' have celebrated their tenth anniversary this year, always with the same objective: to contribute value in the creation of opportunities for a diverse working community prepared to face the challenges of the future.
