Sergio Vázquez Torrón, President of Ineco, joins the #CEOPorLaDiversidad Alliance. Established four years ago by the Adecco Foundation and the CEOE Foundation, this alliance's mission is to unite the CEOs of leading companies in Spain around a common and innovative vision of diversity, equity and inclusion. Thus, the signatory executives act as promoters and ambassadors to accelerate the development of strategies that contribute to business excellence, the competitiveness of talent in Spain and the reduction of inequality and exclusion in Spanish society.
At Ineco, we are aligned with the purpose of the initiative, as shown by our adhesion to the Diversity Charter for the period 2022-2024, which promotes diversity and inclusion in companies and institutions in Spain; or that of REDI, a business network for diversity and LGTBI inclusion. The company also has its own Equality Plan and actions such as the Horizonte Programme against gender violence.
The #CEOPforDiversity Alliance also presents a self-diagnostic tool for companies to measure the maturity of their diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and obtain keys for improvement. It is a simple and intuitive online platform that includes 79 key questions in five strategic blocks.
