Legal consultancy work is a very powerful tool for determining the feasibility of any project, as it helps in decision-making and constitutes the starting point on which subsequent detailed technical and economic-financial studies can be based, within the framework of the applicable legislation in force, and the procedures to be followed in order to materialise and implement this work.
Given our company's experience and knowledge of the applicable legal framework, reference regulations and procedures, many national and international clients request our support for tasks such as the analysis, study and drafting of legal and regulatory reports, legal support in public procurement processes, the drafting of reports and legal notes, or legal support in judicial and arbitration proceedings or in contract management. In the last ten years, Ineco has developed more than 40 legal consultancy projects in countries on four different continents.
To this end, the company has a legal consultancy team made up of 20 professionals, located both in Ineco's offices and in the offices of the different clients, capable of providing this legal advice at any stage of the project. It is worth highlighting its participation in legal support work for the Roads General Directorate and the General Secretariat for Transport and Mobility in the framework of the MITMA support tasks for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Also, the analysis of the legal feasibility and preparation of the tender documents for the Gran Canaria Offshore Wind Farm, and the management of the contract for the Damman Airport baggage sorting system in Saudi Arabia and the expansion of Kuwait Airport.
