The Sustainable Mobility Law is a social, environmental, digital and institutional challenge. Ineco is supporting the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility in the design and processing of this new law, which will allow the different administrations to better meet the mobility and transport needs of citizens and the main challenges of this century: sustainability, digitalisation and social and territorial cohesion.

A group of Ineco professionals have advised the Ministry during the different phases of development of this law, contributing the company's experience in the design of mobility strategies for public bodies, proving to be the key instrument for the development of policies and implementation of national mobility strategies, both in Spain and in other countries.

The Sustainable Mobility Law will regulate innovative solutions such as on-demand transport, car sharing, temporary use of vehicles or the basic regulation of autonomous vehicles and will encourage digitisation and the promotion of open data for administrations, infrastructure managers and public and private operators. Digitalisation and data sharing will, among other things, help to open up new business opportunities and improve decision-making by all actors involved in mobility, transport and infrastructure management.
