Ineco and its Plan Iguales are present at the 24th National Meeting of Families of People with Down's Syndrome, which is being held this week in Badajoz. Our company works together with Down España to support the social and labour inclusion of people with Down syndrome through Plan Iguales, aimed at promoting the incorporation into the labour market of people at risk of vulnerability.
Alba Rojas, Nerea Salinero and María Briones from the company's Recruitment team are taking part in this event to inform all visitors about this social and labour insertion plan and Ineco's commitment to a team of diverse talent.
The meeting offers a programme that includes conferences, debates, workshops and cultural and leisure activities aimed at the whole family, specially designed to encourage the exchange of experiences and debate topics related to Down syndrome. The activities are structured for different groups: people with Down's syndrome, siblings, parents, and other family members.
