The Ellas Vuelan Alto Association has announced that Ineco will receive the award for the company most committed to gender equality 2023. This was emphasised by its president, Gema Martín del Burgo, during the "Net of Networks" conference, held in the Mitma Group company's Sala Ágora.

In her speech, Gema Martín del Burgo highlighted "Ineco's work in promoting a workplace culture that empowers people of all genders through innovative policies, inclusive practices and a dedicated approach to diversity", positioning the company as "a remarkable example for others to follow".

The president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, who was in charge of closing the event, expressed his gratitude for this award and acknowledged the work of EVA in helping aeronautical women to connect and disseminate their key role in Spain. In addition, she also highlighted the Ineco women's group, mINerva, who for the past year have successfully organised workshops, talks to inspire people and other activities to showcase women's talent. "Their work is in line with Ineco's commitment to treat men and women equally. 40€ of our team are women and this is also true at the higher levels of the company, which exceeds the percentage of women in technical positions," concluded the president.

The Net of Networks conference, which is held annually, highlighted the value of international networks with a round table with the presence of Blanca López, manager of Espacio Aéreo and representative of mINerva, as well as representatives of international associations such as Next Generation of Aviation Professionals, Women in Aviation International and Women in Aerospace Europe.
