Ineco is committed to strengthening its team in Andalusia
The president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, held a meeting with the company's team that operates in Andalusia, in which he highlighted the work carried out by the 189 professionals who work there to provide service to projects anywhere in Spain and even internationally. A team that is in a growth phase with more than 20 vacancies open to reinforce and increase the number of Ineco professionals in Andalusia, which is expected to exceed 200 in the coming months.
Ineco has been present in Andalusia for more than 30 years, with the commissioning of the first Madrid-Seville high-speed railway line. Today, it has a local presence in seven provinces (Almeria, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Jaén, Malaga and Seville) with the development of more than 40 projects for more than 15 clients. Among the references, national projects such as the access to the Valencia canal, the geotechnical engineering of one of the sections of the A-76 highway Ponferrada-Ourense, or the Valladolid railway complex, as well as international projects such as Rail Baltica, HS2 (England) and theMakkah-Madinah AVE (High Speed Train). In the regional sphere, the company is involved in the development of line 3 of the Seville Metro, the reformation of the A-4 highway (Autovía del Sur or Autovía de Andalucía) junction with the SE-20.
Ineco has also opted for territorial deployment, locating the deputy directorate of the Eastern Mediterranean Account for International Business directly in Seville and opening a new Ports Management for National Business in Valencia.
The company makes available the first vacancies of this talent drive through its website https://www.ineco.com/webineco/equipo/ofertas-actuales. This commitment is further reinforced by the temporary employment stabilisation process being carried out by the company, which will enable it to reduce the temporary nature of the team in Andalusia by more than half.
International Congress on Railway Safety
The visit of Ineco's president to Seville coincided with the International Railway Safety Congress organised by the International Rail Safety Council (IRSC), which will be held from October 16 to 21, with more than 300 participants and 40 speakers, including Tatiana Rueda, Ineco's Land Safety Manager. Starting from the methodology for the integration of the Human Factor in risk analysis, awarded by CANSO in 2019, Tatiana highlighted its influence in the activity related to transport infrastructure and in the decision-making processes, focusing also on the possibilities that the information and data available or stored by the different service providers can provide to improve the knowledge of Human Performance and its relationship with the safety of operations.
