Ineco draws up the specifications for the large center specialized in offshore wind energy at the Port of Las Palmas
Ineco is preparing the specifications for the concession of the port public domain for the construction of a repair center for offshore wind energy offshore elements. The specifications must assess the contribution of new traffic, means, machinery and management systems that improve the overall commercial offer of the port of Las Palmas in those activities and services that are adapted to the characteristics of the area, the operational needs of the port and its competitive position.
With more than 110,000 square meters, this center "without vertical elements that hinder maneuvering and with its own mooring line, is an unquestionable strength for the development of this activity; it is a real country project on sustainability and energy self-sufficiency" in the words of the president of the port of Las Palmas, Luis Ibarra.
