Ineco joins Alianza País Pobreza Infantil Cero
Our company has joined the Alianza País Pobreza Infantil Cero (Country Alliance for Zero Child Poverty). This cooperation has been formalized through the signing of this agreement by the president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, and the High Commissioner against Child Poverty, Ernesto Gago, in order to join forces to fight against child poverty.
Ineco is committed to working individually or in coordination with other agents on the challenges on which the Alliance is working, including ensuring inclusive and quality education, generating healthy, positive and safe environments (ensuring healthy and balanced nutrition) and promoting a protective environment that encourages participation.
An example of this has been the solidarity campaign "Alimentando nuestro futuro" (Feeding our future) where the collaboration of Ineco's professionals will contribute to providing 55 children with meal grants during the current school year, thanks to the cooperation with the Red Cross, Educo and Aldeas Infantiles throughout the country.
This Alliance reinforces Ineco's commitment to the guiding principles on business and human rights of the United Nations, the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.
