Ineco launches €140 million tender to help advance the digital transformation of public administrations

May 2, 2023

With a tender budget of €139.6 million excluding VAT, Ineco is launching a new Framework Agreement for digital transformation and information technology services that will provide support, over the next 24 months, for the development of the digitalisation solutions it offers its clients.

This is the company's largest tender and will allow Ineco to advance in the digital transformation of the Spanish administration with up to 145 companies in the sector.

Structured in seven lots, the framework agreement covers the following services: process consultancy, business architectures and technical offices. Also, cybersecurity services, support services for the publication of emerging technologies and data governance and quality, information systems development and maintenance services, transversal platform integration services, change management support services, and support services for ICT systems administration activities.

Experience at the service of the client

In the last five years, Ineco has doubled its ICT activity, exceeding €80 million by the end of 2022. An average annual increase of 20% in turnover that makes Ineco a key player in the sector.

Nearly 1,200 professionals, both internal and external, work in the Ineco team in charge of advancing the digitalisation processes of the administration. The Ministry of Justice or the General Secretariat for Digital Administration (SGAD), under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, are some of the 35 clients with which the MITMA Group entity collaborates.

Among the 45 commissions currently being carried out by the company, the work it has been doing for the Ministry of Justice since 2016 stands out. Flagship projects such as SIRAJ, the Integrated System of Administrative Records to Support Judicial Activity, the Electronic Judicial File (EJE) and its technological transformation, and the Virtual Digital Interaction Desktop (EVID) confirm Ineco as the main ICT collaborator of the Ministry in its ambitious Justice 2030 Plan. Also since 2016, Ineco has been actively collaborating with the General Secretariat for Digital Administration, providing an expert team specialised in the different areas of the digital transformation of the Administration, capable of responding to the needs arising from the plan and catalysing a digital transformation associated with the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
