Mov.ia by Ineco is a unique opportunity to foster collaboration and the exchange of experiences between students and professionals from one of the most relevant consultancies in the field of mobility and digitalisation.
Ineco, the engineering and consultancy firm of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, is launching its first hackathon to challenge Artificial Intelligence (AI) enthusiasts in an intense day. Under the nameMov.ia by Ineco, it invites us to rethink the country's mobility in a more sustainable and inclusive way by designing new solutions supported by AI.
Aimed at students from all the country's universities and vocational training centres, as well as the company's own employees, Mov.ia by Ineco will bring together 50 people to provide solutions to the mobility challenges of the future: 25 students from any university or vocational training centre and 25 Ineco professionals.
In this first edition, the 10 mixed teams, made up of different profiles, will present imaginative ideas and solutions that, using AI, will allow the construction of a new way of conceiving the country's mobility, and to propose new ways of approaching the transport of people and/or goods. The call for applications will be open from October 2 until October 20, when the teams selected by the jury will be announced. Participation is free and is possible via the official competition website: www.moviabyineco.com.

About the hackathon
Mov.ia by Ineco will take place on November 3 in an in-person format at El Garaje de VALHALLA, in Madrid. A unique innovation ecosystem where context, mindset and collaborative culture make innovation a reality and iteration a natural approach to work.
Participants will form mixed teams of a maximum of five people. Each group will be made up of Ineco students and professionals. During the hackathon, the teams will be supported by mentors who will help them both in the creation and development process and in the introduction to the world of AI and innovation, thanks to training pills provided during the day.
All selected participants will receive a prize for their commitment and the winning team will also receive an online master's degree in AI applied to business activity.
