Ineco has participated in a new edition of UNVEX, the main aeronautical drone trade fair.

On the one hand, Francisco Javier Andrés, CNS - ATM Systems manager, participated in a presentation on Innovative Air Mobility. Ineco carries out infrastructure maintenance tasks such as Navaid calibration and inspection of railways and ports using drones and remotely piloted BVLOS operations. The development of these tasks implies having a holistic view of the applicability of drones in such critical environments considering their operational, safety and security requirements.

On the other hand, Víctor Gordo, CNS - ATM Systems expert, was the moderator of a round table on research and development in the field of UAS. The integration of VCA and UAS into the airspace and urban environment presents significant challenges requiring new systems, procedures and mechanisms, which will only be feasible through research, from exploratory to industrial, and demonstrations. Addressing all these challenges requires extensive collaboration between industry, regulators and academia in order to provide meaningful R&D contributions to foster this market.

This edition focused on users, integrating all the existing domains and applications in the drone ecosystem, with more than 40 exhibiting companies and organisations and 160 speakers.
