Ineco has once again participated in Innotrans, the largest international trade fair in the railway sector. The company, as a key agent in the management model of the Spanish railway system, has shown the strengths of a benchmark sector in the world with a high-speed network with the highest levels of efficiency and quality.

The Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, Óscar Puente, visited the Ineco stand as part of the tour of the main Spanish companies present at the international meeting, under the coordination of Mafex, the Spanish railway industry association. Sergio Vázquez Torrón, president of the company, presented the particularities that make the model in Spain a unique case, due to the development of its own civil engineering and technological solutions. He also highlighted the latest developments that will enable the sector to meet future challenges. A scenario that requires taking innovation as a key driver and developing solutions such as those using AI techniques, also presented at the fair.

Our Experience Positions Us as Key Players

Ineco's specialised knowledge, after more than 30 years at the forefront of high-speed development in Spain, has also been shown in the participation of its professionals in several presentations. Silvia Domínguez, ERTMS manager, highlighted the company's role as a reference for the European Commission, guiding and monitoring the work of infrastructure managers, railway operators and the industry in the working groups that will define the future architecture, the harmonised operation and the technical specifications that this will entail. For his part, Francisco Javier Fernández de Líger,Innovation Manager, highlighted the company's commitment to artificial intelligence over the last ten years, using it both in projects for clients and in developing its own solutions.

Ineco has once again participated in the Spanish pavilion coordinated by Mafex, alongside over 70 companies from the Spanish railway industry, accompanied by public entities Adif and Renfe.
