In its commitment to young talent, Ineco has once again awarded the prize for the best Final Year Project in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers. at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Francisco Cifuentes, Railway Planning and Services Account Deputy Director, and Sergio Herrador, technician of the ERTMS Management, presented this award to Álex Martín for his FYP on the dimensioning of a photovoltaic park with energy storage by means of liquid air. This recognition is part of the AYRFE Programme, aimed at promoting talent and professional development in the railway sector. Since its creation, it has already taken on 190 scholarship holders.
Our company has a long history of collaboration with the University and seeks with these awards to stimulate talent and academic excellence, as well as to encourage participation between the business world and the university environment. The collaboration between Ineco and the UPM has been going on for more than 25 years and has been a key element for the generation of quarry, postgraduate training and participation in projects.
