Beatriz Llorente, Work Winning Coordination and Development Deputy Director, has participated in Women's Talent Day 2024, a conference organised by Equipos y Talento, which sought to highlight strategies, initiatives and actions that contribute to forming a diverse and inclusive collective conscience.
In her speech at the round table "Empowering Women Skills", Beatriz Llorente highlighted Ineco's commitment to promoting talent within the company, through the Mujeres IN Programme, of which she has been a participant, and the High Potential Talent Programme (TAP), with which Ineco continues its commitment to making the company's talent visible, promoting equal opportunities between women and men, and generating new spaces that enhance the professional development of its teams. A commitment that has already resulted in 25 women, 38% of the participants in the Mujeres IN programme, and 8 professionals, representing 16% of the participants in the TAP programme, have been promoted at Ineco, taking on new roles. .
She also highlighted the company's Plan Iguales, which is structured around five programmes that support and promote the employability of people with disabilities, the over-55s, migrants in a refugee situation, survivors of gender-based violence and people in a situation of social exclusion.
