Within the framework of the Iguales Programme, Ineco and the A La Par Foundation have launched a transformative project to provide specialised training to young people with intellectual disabilities and improve their professional opportunities.
Thirty young people are part of this project in which they receive training over several sessions in information technology and also in transversal competences to face the labour market with confidence and solid skills. In addition, we collaborate to facilitate their integration into the labour market in real jobs.
The Iguales Programme is structured around five programmes that support and promote the employability of people with disabilities, people over 55 years of age, migrants in a refugee situation, victims of gender violence and people in a situation of social exclusion.
A la Par Foundation has been working for more than 75 years for the rights and opportunities of people with intellectual disabilities in our society, designing support where they find barriers and responding to the challenges and needs of our society
