Ana Rodríguez, an expert in Ineco's Innovation Management
Ineco has participated in a new edition of StartUp Olé, the international event focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, which since 2015 has brought together more than 40,000 attendees from 120 countries.
Ana Rodríguez, an expert in Ineco's Innovation Management, shared a round table with representatives of public companies on the promotion of collaboration in innovation at the Start Up Olé 2024 forum.
In her speech, she highlighted Ineco's role in the development of a model of co-creation with clients for innovative solutions. An example of collaborative innovation that has enabled it to implement solutions based on data science and AI, such as its automated railway track auscultation method, Digav, or new datalabs projects that Ineco is currently working on.
She also highlighted Ineco's iCampus network, an innovative programme for the promotion of scientific and technical research, knowledge transfer and interaction between experts from the scientific, technical and business communities. Currently, the company already has collaborations with several Spanish universities to analyse, among others, the resilience of materials applied in railway infrastructure, the application of AI to the design of linear transport works, digital twins to analyse the impact of major events on mobility in large cities, or the recently sealed collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Valencia for the creation of an AI observatory aimed at identifying biases and possible barriers in mobility related to diversity.
Ineco received the Best Public Corporation award at Startup Olé in 2020 for its work in recent years in the field of innovation with the aim of developing solutions for sustainable, safe and connected mobility that improve people's quality of life.
