The president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, accompanied by the executive director of Corporate Coordination, Celestino Rodríguez, met with a representation of the Madrid Association of Public Works Technical Engineers (CITOP) headed by the dean, Óscar Carballo Ares and the vice-dean, María Serrano Espada and the member, Maribel Santos Pérez, both colleagues at Ineco.
During the meeting, both institutions discussed issues such as the contribution of CITOP to the engineering sector and to society; the presence of Public works and civil engineering graduates at Ineco, with more than 300 professionals, and the need to open up new professional options for graduates, with a high level of training.
The meeting also expressed the willingness of both institutions to strengthen collaboration ties for the mutual benefit of professionals and the sector.
