Our company has been recognised by MC Mutual, a mutual company collaborating with the Spanish National Health System, in the 22nd edition of the MC Mutual "Antonio Baró" Awards for Occupational Risk Prevention.
With this award, MC Mutual has highlighted Ineco's commitment to prevention, emphasising that our company goes beyond strict regulatory compliance. In addition to carrying out various internal training actions, creating management tools and technical instructions and having its own Prevention service, Ineco has implemented several initiatives aimed at improving health at work in the company. Some examples are the Contigo Programme, an initiative that includes unlimited telephone counselling with 24-hour emergencies for the company's employees, or the comprehensive "360º Well-being Health Programme", which includes new activities and advice for the Ineco team every month. Ineco's commitment to prevention is also reflected in the new Strategic Plan 2023-2026 Fresh Impulse, in which one of its seven objectives (Human Capital) includes the "Promotion of Health and Safety" as an action plan.

This award, which was established in 2001, is one of the most widely recognised distinctions in the field of occupational risk prevention, recognising companies, individuals and institutions that excel in effectively protecting the health and safety of people in the workplace.
