Marisa de Castro, Training and Knowledge Manager, was one of the speakers at Talent Day 2024, held at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid.
In her speech, she stressed the importance of generating and sharing new knowledge and new ways of learning. She also pointed out that: "with the creation of solid, flexible and adaptive levers, such as the Communities of Practice and the Professional Networks, Ineco strengthens the transfer of knowledge, offers support to make talent visible in all areas and contributes to resolving barriers, identifying needs, priorities and challenges, in a collaborative manner".
Organised by Equipos y Talento, this conference sought to inspire, share and reflect on the main trends and innovations in the field of people management. Issues such as multicultural team management, internal mobility, AI or inclusive and sustainable leadership have been addressed.
