Active, restless and multifunctional woman. This is how we could define Esther Pereira, Building Management Expert. She completes her day-to-day life at Ineco with a multitude of leisure activities, among which sports and the arts are her greatest passions.

Well, my name is not much more... Esther.
What do you do at Ineco?
I am an Industrial Engineer in the Works Deputy Directorate. My day to day work is based on revising and directing the installations of the works so that they are finished on time and with the minimum economic deviation possible, taking into account the client's needs and an execution project.
When did you join the company?
In 2005, that's a lot! I entered as a young girl just graduated with 22 years old, and at that time my boss Javier Garcia, who I adore, took me in my first work site and here I am 17 years later.
We have been told that you are a very active person, what are your hobbies?
Yes, I don't have enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do. My hobbies, in general, are all those that have to do with entertainment and sports: dancing, dressing up, carnival parades, fantasy make-up, decorating any party, making my own costumes, and now I'm really into circus activities.
How did the idea of making aerial fabrics come up?
I've been dancing since I was a little girl in a dance school, but one day I got it into my head that I wanted to do something more risky and different. I joined a circus school and started training with individual and duo aerial fabrics. It is a very complete sport, both metal and physical.
What does this hobby brings you personally and professionally?
The atmosphere at school and my spectacular classmates. After a day of work, there is no better way to end that with a relaxing training. I come out renewed of any training. A lot of adrenaline is released.
What would you highlight about the company?
Well, the opportunity to meet many different people, both at work and personally. I am very motivated to work on important works of a certain magnitude.
