Since 2017, a team of six professionals from the company has been responsible for the development and implementation of the GammaSim simulator for ENAIRE. This air traffic control tool is a software for training of ATC personnel in control towers.
Thanks to the use of Unity 3D and 3D Studio Max technology, total immersion is achieved by reflecting different realistic scenarios that Enaire controllers may find during their working day, including the simulation of all airports and control towers in our airport network.
GammaSIM has achieved a level of maturity and excellence that makes it a keystone of the air traffic control (ATC) training that our shareholder provides to its own staff.
Currently, the Ineco team, made up of technical experts in Unity 3D and 3D Studio Max, is working on migrating the radar presentation part of GAMMA to Unity 3D, generating and editing dynamic simulation exercises, supporting controllers, as well as periodically updating the simulator by developing new models of aircraft, terminal buildings, airport environment... GammaSIM is also being used in testing the AMU-LED project so that air traffic controllers can test the integration with various scenarios in controlled airspace of an emergency helicopter and five drone operators.
