Eulises Antonio Toledo
"It is widely believed that there is no one in the world who does not enjoy music". With that statement, Eulises Antonio Toledo gives us a clue as to what his passion is. A professional drummer for many years, our colleague, in addition to being a member of Ineco's solidarity music group (our Ineco Band) is also a technical engineer in Computer Science and has a degree in Business Administration.
Name
Eulises Antonio, although in the company I am known as Antonio.
But... how do they use to call you at home?
Eu or dad.
What do you do at Ineco?
I am in the Digital Engineering and Consultancy Deputy Directorate, working on projects framed in the CMMI or Capability Maturity Model Integration certification, the model of improvement and evaluation of processes oriented to the development, maintenance and operability of software systems. In addition, I also carried out its integration into the management system of the Deputy Directorate as CMMI coordinator, quality inspector and methodological management support.
When did you join the company?
It is now just over two and a half years ago.
How did the opportunity to be a drummer in the Ineco Band come up?
Well, quite a story. When we received the invitation to Ineco Day, it mentioned the search for a drummer and singer for one of the bands, and... here I am!
We have heard that you have played with great artists.
It was a question of being in the right place at the right time... and having a little bit of talent. I have collaborated with Bisbal on tours, with Chenoa, recording an album and on her tour,Raimundo Amador, Soraya Arnelas, Shakira or Avril Lavigne are other great artists with whom I have had the honour and luck to collaborate. I have also been able to share the stage with other legends such as La Union, Yes, Metallica, Grand Funk Railroad or the Steve Smith Jazz Legacy Band.
My first degree was in music as classical percussion teacher. One thing led to another, and hitting accurate beats within a beat led me to the drums. From the prospects I had as a young man just out of my teens, other interests emerged and I turned to the two university careers that I am currently pursuing. Music, more than a hobby, I see it as a way of expression without an official language, universal, part of everyone. It is widely believed that there is no one in the world who does not enjoy music.
Do you have any current musical projects? Where can we hear or see you?
I usually perform in venues alongside very good musician friends who are doctors. In fact, the band is called The Doctors. Their friendship has motivated them to invite me to be a part of the group for their performances occasionally.
What would you highlight about the company?
Definitely the human factor. This is undoubtedly Ineco's greatest added value and what I would highlight the most. I have been fortunate to have excellent colleagues, people who are very good professionals and friends. Ineco offers an excellent working environment for teamwork where it is satisfying to perform both personally and professionally.
I would also highlight its values: integrity as a basis and corporate framework, commitment, collaboration among colleagues, the mission to contribute to the development of people, continuous training, that motivation that moves us forward not only to work but to grow.
In these times, it is also important to have a vision of the future, allocating important efforts among its objectives oriented towards the human capital that makes it up. Take into account and promote solidarity projects in which we can contribute our personal knowledge and experience to help other people achieve their goals.
Aside from my professional career, I can highlight that it has been at Ineco where I have found a high degree of human and professional quality that in the end add up to a whole that makes us grow in different areas, forming part of that growth and at the same time part of a big family. About Ineco?: There is much to highlight!
