Are we covered?

While satellite constellations are designed to achieve full coverage in the service area, sometimes the performance or the reception of the signals themselves may be degraded due to the particularities of the area, such as in urban areas with tall buildings, or in mountainous areas, for example. It is therefore important to have proper simulation and forecasting tools such as SIDESAT that allow estimating the coverage and availability of satellite communications and GNSS signals, without the need to deploy on-site infrastructure.
