The Deputy Director of Institutional Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility, África Jiménez, took part in the conference "Talent without labels, the greatest business capital".
In her speech, África Jiménez pointed out that "at Ineco, we firmly believe that a diverse company is a richer company that is better prepared to face change. Inclusion and diversity are concepts that we have been promoting for many years and that are part of our strategy and our day-to-day work. She also highlighted the value of the Plan Iguales, comprising five programmes aimed at favouring the integration into Ineco's workforce of particularly vulnerable groups such as survivors of violence against women, people over 55 years of age, refugees in Spain or people with disabilities at risk of poverty and/or exclusion.
