Ineco collaborates with the public business entity Red.es, which is responsible for promoting new information and communication technologies in society, companies and the educational world.
The company supports Red.es in the management of projects such as the creation of a digital ecosystem in the audiovisual sector, facilitating the creation, distribution and management of the most advanced information and technology by SMEs in the audiovisual sector. Also, in the Charter of Digital Rights, which ensures that the rights we already have in the analogue world are also protected in the digital sphere, and the Basic Digital Skills Training Programme for citizens.
It also collaborates in the aid programme for associations of the self-employed and farmers within the framework of the Digital Kit Programme, which aims to subsidise the adoption of digitalisation solutions available on the market. Also, Década Digital, which presents the vision and pathways for Europe's digital transformation between now and 2030, and Aporta, an initiative that makes it easier for businesses and citizens to access and use data from public administrations.
Over the last two decades, Red.es has promoted initiatives such as the electronic health prescription and electronic ID card or Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), among others. It also manages the ".es" country domains, the university academic network RedIRIS and the National Observatory of Technology and Society (ONTSI).
