Ineco's Efficiency as a Public Entity Owned by the Administration

April 24, 2025

The purpose of the a public entity owned by the Administration is to make the necessary talent and resources available to the public administration so that it can undertake and promote the transformations and work for which it does not have sufficient means, providing this task with an agile and efficient model.

A model that optimises public spending as much as possible

Contracting with Ineco is governed by the principle of maximum economic efficiency, through the "1 - 1" rule, where Ineco only passes on to the administration the costs actually dedicated to the provision of the service.

A model that passes on efficiency benefits to the client

Ineco passes on to the administration any economic benefit derived from greater efficiency in the provision of the service, with the budget of the commission acting as the upper spending limit. If fewer resources are needed than initially estimated, the remaining amount is not invoiced and is released to the Administration.

A model that makes zero margin on outsourced work

Ineco does not obtain any financial compensation for the work carried out by the subcontracting of services, and the exact cost of the supplier's invoicing is passed on to the client.

A model with reliable and transparent tariff Framework

Contracting with Ineco as public entity is carried out under a stable and transparent model, defined in the fare resolution issued by the Secretary of State for Transport and Sustainable Mobility. These fares respond exclusively to the company's real costs, which are very competitive thanks to Ineco's high efficiency standards and are published on the corporate website.
