El Economista, together with Ineco, analyses the keys to the talent of Spanish professionals in the engineering sector in the observatory "The value of public talent, a driver of transformation", which has been attended by leading voices from both the company and the sector. The president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón; the director of the Madrid School of Civil Engineering, José Miguel Atienza; and Ineco professionals: Inés Ovejero, Product Development Manager; Enrique Orellana, IT technician; and Carlota Bettremieux, technician in Tenders and in Drone Aviation Safety Management, have analysed the strengths of Spanish talent, which has made the country a world power in the field of civil engineering, as well as the aspects that public companies must incorporate to be able to attract and retain key talent for the competitiveness of the market. 

"We believe that a developed economy such as Spain's, which needs to face transcendental challenges such as digital and energy transformation, needs to be equipped with highly qualified professionals to serve the public sector. A country without the capacity to attract public talent is a weaker country. A country capable of bringing together qualified technical and technological public talent is a country with the capacity to have its own voice", stressed the president of Ineco during the meeting.
