March 31, 2025

The 20 finalist ideas of the Innovation 2025 Call for Proposals have been presented today at the Ineco Innovation Committee, which will deliberate which ideas should be developed. Led by the company's president, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, the Committee is made up of a total of 20 Ineco professionals representing all of Ineco's general directorates.

The internal team has been joined by innovation managers from the business network with which we co-create to find new solutions that increase the added value of our products. Those in charge of innovation in different companies such as Adif, Renfe, Aena, Enaire, the area of Digital Transformation of the Justice Administration, or the Roads Directorate General have highlighted the importance of working together with the "multidisciplinary" teams, who "know the reality of operations first-hand and can identify innovative solutions for day-to-day operations".

On April 3th we will know the final results of this successful call for innovation, in which 88 ideas were received and in which around 130 company professionals participated. Proposals with a very significant weight of artificial intelligence and digitalisation, present in almost 70% of the ideas received, followed by the commitment to models and tools of both a technical and management nature, applications with a focus on sustainability, use of drones and mobility and a focus on security. All of these elements have been set out as challenges in this commitment to innovation in 2025.
