New boost for Ineco's Plan Integra through the collaboration with the FDI Foundation

October 29, 2024

As part of their collaboration agreement, Ineco and the FDI Foundation have launched a training programme to assist young people and adults with disabilities in developing competencies and skills that favour their integration into the labour market.
Six family members of Ineco professionals participate in this plan that seeks to improve their employability, analysing their expectations, interests, preferences, motivations and competencies. In addition to receiving professional guidance on the appropriate itineraries for each profile, they also benefit from economic funding for treatments or training that allow for an improvement in the physical, cognitive, social or emotional level of the participant.

This initiative is part of Ineco's Integra Plan, one of the five that make up the Iguales Programme, which aims to promote the employability of people with disabilities, the over 55s, migrants in a refugee situation, victims of gender violence and people in situations of social exclusion.

Ineco also collaborates with FDI in other initiatives, such as a training project for six refugee women with disabilities.

The Foundation for the Promotion of Development and Integration (FDI) is an NGO whose social purpose focuses on the social and labour integration of people with disabilities and/or at risk of exclusion through education and sport, as well as a commitment to the environment.
