Young talent to meet future challenges

March 2, 2022

The "Commitment to Young Talent" has been the focus of a new edition of the Ineco Forum Seminar Series. The event has helped to emphasize company's talent attraction plans, as well as specific career plans that include training itineraries, transversality in projects, participation in innovation activities or the financing of advanced training, among others.

As part of our clear commitment to attracting and developing junior talent, we have the AYRFE, AYREA and STARTIC Programs (this last one recently presented at the Mobile World Congress) aimed at final-year students in the industrial/telecommunications, aviation and IT sectors. These programs provide students with a Career Plan for their incorporation into the company, which begins with curricular or extracurricular internships, the financing of a master's degree and their professional development within Ineco. Since the first two programs were implemented in 2019 and 2020 (STARTIC is now implemented with 27 available vacancies) a total of 196 students have joined, of which more than 60 have become part of our staff.

In his speech, the president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, highlighted the abilities of Ineco's professionals. A multidisciplinary, solvent team with a clear entrepreneurial and creative vocation, which provides a broad and integrating vision that allows us to be in permanent evolution, based on the perfect fit between the talent that decides to approach Ineco and the opportunity to work in a reference company like ours, being part of technically and digitally leading projects in the five continents.

During the event, the programme managers, joined by professionals who have been part of AYRFE, AYREA and STARTIC, highlighted our firm commitment with young talent, without which it would not be possible to face the challenges ahead.
