Ineco has a more diverse team thanks to its Plan Iguales

March 20, 2025

Ineco launches its Plan Iguales for socio-labor inclusion for the second consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to equal opportunities and diversity in the workplace. In 2024, Iguales has enabled Ineco to incorporate more than 200 people into its team, fostering a more inclusive and diverse company environment.

This plan, which promotes the inclusion of people in vulnerable situations, is structured into five specific programs:

  • Integra: Incorporation of people with disabilities, ensuring their right to full labor and social inclusion. More information at programaintegra@ineco.com

  • Horizonte: Support for victims of gender-based violence, facilitating their labor integration. More information at programahorizonte@ineco.com

  • Ahora+: Promotion of hiring people over 55 years old, fostering more diverse and cross-generational teams. More information at programataletosenior@ineco.com

  • Proa: Professional opportunities for refugees in Spain. More information at programaproa@ineco.com

  • Teseo: Employment opportunities for people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion. More information at programateseo@ineco.com

In addition to attracting talent through these five programs, Ineco offers each participant a dedicated training pathway, Vuelta al Empleo. In collaboration with different associations, Ineco professionals will help people with disabilities or in vulnerable situations prepare for job searching. Training modules will cover topics such as writing a CV, identifying job search channels, setting up professional social media profiles, preparing for interviews, and understanding basic labor relations.

Through this plan, Ineco collaborates with various social organizations that conduct training workshops to enhance professional opportunities for these groups. Thanks to this joint effort, nearly 200 people have received training in digital skills, active job searching, vocational coaching, and other key areas. This year, Ineco is further strengthening its social commitment with the creation of Aula Inspira, aimed at enhancing employability training for people with disabilities.
