Award Ceremony: Empowering Women's Talent

In its commitment to the development of female talent, equality and diversity, Ineco has renewed, for the third consecutive year, the Empowering Women's Talent seal. Mónica Lauda, Training and Talent Management Deputy Director, received this recognition at an event attended by representatives of the companies participating in the Empowering Women's Talent and Diversity leading Company programmes, promoted by Teams and Talent.

Our adherence to these programmes is part of a clear commitment to promoting women's leadership at Ineco, which has increased by more than 10 points in its representation in the company's leadership and management areas, from less than 30% at the beginning of 2022 to 40% at present. The company has also set up its own programmes such as Mujeres In, with the aim of mentoring high-potential women in the company. A development of female talent and a boost for diversity and inclusion that has fostered the creation of professional networks such as Minerva and Iris in the company.
