Ineco has participated in Technovation Girls
Ineco has participated in Technovation Girls, an international programme that has been promoting, since 2018, education, the use of technology, entrepreneurship and the promotion of STEM careers in girls and young women aged between 8 and 18.
During a mentoring day, a group of 10- and 11-year-old girls visited our new office in Pozuelo where they were able to learn more about our project for the digital transformation of the Spanish justice system and were able to carry out various activities related to user experience and virtual environments. In addition, the representative of Ineco's MINERVA network, Consuelo Gil Criado, also gave a brief presentation in which she stressed that they are the key to the future.
With the help of mentors, during the programme, they have been able to develop a mobile application with which they seek to help solve problems of inequality of women in their environment, through the use of technology and entrepreneurship. This application, along with the other applications created by other Technovation Girls, will be entered into a worldwide competition to be judged on May 25. The visit to Ineco has allowed them to carry out a small rehearsal in preparation for this event.
