Ineco has taken a firm step towards building a more inclusive society by sponsoring vocational training, job placement and job creation for people with disabilities, within the framework of a collaboration agreement with APADIS.
This initiative is part of Ineco's Integra programme (which aims to promote the employability of people with disabilities), one of the five programmes that make up the Plan Iguales, migrants in a refugee situation (PROA programme), victims of gender violence (Horizonte programme), the over 55s (Ahora + programme) and people in a situation of social exclusion (TESEO programme).
These training actions are key to opening the doors to employment for people with disabilities, consolidating training as one of the most effective tools for their integration. Nearly 200 people have already benefited from these workshops and training courses designed to improve their job prospects and enhance their professional skills.
With this collaboration, Ineco and APADIS are working together for a more inclusive society, where people with disabilities can have access to a job that improves their quality of life. This joint effort reflects the commitment of both entities to social inclusion and equal opportunities.
