The president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, led the signing at an event presided over by the Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Raquel Sánchez and the Minister of Education and Vocational Education, Pilar Alegra.  An event that has helped to visualize the commitment of the Mitma Group, (Ineco, Adif, Aena, Enaire, Aesa and Puertos del Estado) to promote girls and young women interest in disciplines related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics in connection with the arts and humanities, known as STEAM disciplines.

Ineco's adherence to the STEAM Alliance for female talent represents the company's commitment to the objectives of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Education to promote the interest of girls and young women in these disciplines, creating a tool among the members of the alliance that aims to encourage specific initiatives that contribute to eliminating gender stereotypes, promoting female empowerment and eliminating the proven gender gap in STEAM disciplines.
