Ineco has played an important role in the Construction and Engineering Working Group of the UN Global Compact Spain. Ana Rodríguez, Ineco's Innovation expert, pointed out the company's key role in the development of advanced technological solutions that contribute to improving quality of life and sustainability on a global level. In her speech, she highlighted two fundamental aspects for Ineco: its digital positioning as a key strategic line to offer added value to its clients and innovation as a driver of business competitiveness. The company leads initiatives in areas such as the development of mobility applications, intelligent platforms, machine learning, drones and predictive maintenance based on satellite data. She also highlighted Ineco's strategic lines of innovation, including the call for intrapreneurship projects, its participation in European programmes, open innovation through iCampus and the continuous development of technology watch.

The UN Global Compact is a leading corporate sustainability initiative that has been in existence in Spain for 20 years and has more than 1,800 member companies. This working group aims to promote sustainability in companies in the sector through workshops and specialised sessions. On this occasion, the theme focused on the importance of digitalisation and innovation as pillars of business sustainability.
